By submitting the Verified Buyer Application, you authorize Equipment First, LLC ("EF") to conduct various checks on your entity, including but not limited to business credit reports and business reference checks, using the information provided in your application. Additionally, you authorize us to perform an inquiry on the owner(s) of the company if additional information is needed to complete the verification process. This inquiry is limited to a personal, soft-credit pull and reference inquiry from the provided businesses. You certify that all information provided in the application is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. EF partners with several entities to assist in these checks and EF at their sole discretion, may submit this application and other information to potential sources for verification. A facsimile or electronic signature shall have the same validity and effect as an original signature. The terms of this application are governed by the State of Arizona.
