My G.I.R.L.S., Inc. Financial Assistance Application Form
Purpose: My G.I.R.L.S. Inc. Financial Assistance Application is intended to help families who are income-restricted or families facing unforced hardship cover summer camp or season expenses.

Through financial support from individual donors, corporate partnerships, and grants from foundations we can increase inclusivity of our programs.
Review Period: Financial aid applications are accepted from April 1st - October 31st and is based on first come first-serve and availability of funds. Applications are reviewed monthly, and awards are announced by the 10th of the following month.
Eligibility

● Registered cheer, dance, or summer camp participant

● Preference given to families in South Baltimore neighborhoods & returning athletes

● A statement of extenuating circumstances (chronic illness, death of family member, accident, employment termination, lack of family support etc.)

● Families must request a specific amount up to the maximum

NOTE: The requested amount is not guaranteed due to availability of funds. Our team of financial aid reviewers will work to assist as many families as possible. Financial aid is not guaranteed.

- If multiple athletes are on one account, the entire account must be current for financial aid to be disbursed
- Financial aid will NOT be given to families on probation, including attendance
- Unused funds will be made available for other athletes
- Financial aid can NOT be issed directly to families
- Assistance is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable
