     * One conference delegate per member firm attends free of charge. A mandatory dinner contribution of 100 EUR per conference applies to the first delegate. A flat daily delegate fee applies for any additional delegates (including guests of member firms). The delegate fee cover the cost of conference sessions, lunches, dinners, and sightseeing. Delegates of potential new member firms attend the event free of charge.

    ** Accompanying persons include spouses, partners, family, friends etc., attending only the social programmes of the event. A flat daily fee applies per person, covering lunches, dinners, and sightseeing programmes.

    Invoicing:
    EuropeFides will issue invoices to member firms after the event.

    Cancellations:
    Cancellations must be notified in writing to office@europefides.eu no later than 3 September 2026. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable, and the full participation fee will apply. Registered participants unable to attend may send a substitute from the same firm at no additional cost.

    In the event that the General Meeting has to be cancelled by the organiser due to local regulations or restrictions, or force majeure, EuropeFides cannot be held liable or guarantee for incurred travel expenses by the participants.
