All food vendors must have the proper permit and inspections available for a fire marshall to review (they usually stop by unannounced, so be prepared).

•Set up begins as early as 8am and no later than 10am. Event begins at 11am.

•No one is to tear down/leave before 7pm unless approved by event coordinator. If you tear down early without permission, you will not be welcomed at future events and will forfeit any booth fees used to secure any future events.

•This event is outdoors. All vendors, including food trucks/tents, are located in a GRASS AREA. This area is flat and level, but still grass. Plan accordingly.

•NO REFUNDS. All invoice fees will be applied to the costs of the event. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds of any sort.

•Generators are permitted, but please make sure they are quiet and as far from your (and others) ordering window as possible to keep noise minimal. Power banks are permitted. There is no electric available.

•You must offer at least two menu items that include bacon.

•You must physically display the bacon menu items you offer during the event in addition to your normal signage. Either a sign at your window, or standing sign in front of your space.

•You will be responsible for keeping your space cleaned during and after the event. Please pick up all trash from your business. We ask that you leave all trash bagged behind your space or truck for us to pick up at the end of the event or take it to the nearest provided trash can. If trash cans are full, you may place it beside the can.

•Receiving an invoice does not hold your spot. Payment reserves your space. Spaces are first come first serve. Payment is due 24 hours after receiving your invoice.
