•Rain date is TBD if needed due to dangerous/inclement weather
•Set up begins as early as 8am and no later than 10am. Event begins at 11am.
•No one is to tear down/leave before 7pm unless approved by event coordinator due to emergency. If you tear down early without permission, you will not be welcomed at future events and will forfeit any booth fees used to secure any future events.
•This event is outdoors. All vendors are located in a GRASS AREA. Plan accordingly.
•NO REFUNDS. All invoice fees will be applied to the costs of the event. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds of any sort.
•There is no electric available for this event. Power banks are permitted, however large/loud generators are not permitted in the vendor booth area.
•You must offer product(s) that are bacon themed in your booth in addition to your usual items. Bacon, BBQ, or pig themed.
•Only business/items approved by the event coordinator included in your application are permitted for sale.
•You must provide your own display items such as tables/chairs/tents/weights. This is an outdoor event in a grass area. Weights are REQUIRED when using a canopy tent.
•You will be responsible for keeping your booth space clean during and after the event. Please pick up all personal trash and dispose in the provided trash cans throughout the venue.
•Booth personnel and items for sale must be kept within booth parameters. Please do not block walkways due to fire safety codes. Please do not block another vendor’s space.
•Receiving an invoice acts as acceptance, but does not hold your spot. Payment reserves your space. Payment is due 24 hours after receiving your invoice/submitting an application. Please only submit your application if you are prepared to secure your spot via invoice payment.
