Bacon & Brews Street Festival Food Truck/Concessions application

EVENT INFORMATION:

This event is brought to you by Eventful Markets (event manager), New Heights Brewing (venue/partner), and 102.9 the Buzz/Cromwell Media (advertising/presenting partner). 

Ample advertising for this event consists of billboards, radio ads, email blasts and more provided by Cromwell Media in addition to physical signs and digital ads on social media. 

This event allows up to 25 craft vendor booths (in addition to food trucks/tents) so spots are limited!

Below is the basic event site map (NHB=New Heights Brewing). Carroll St and Fifth Ave S will be blocked off/closed by Metro for this event. Attendee parking is off-site via nearby paid parking lots or Uber is encouraged. Vendor parking will be on-site and directed upon arrival.

There is no age restriction for this event. Admission is free.

All food vendors must have the proper permit and inspections available for a fire marshall to review on-site.

•Set up begins as early as 8am and no later than 10am. Event begins at 11am.

•No one is to tear down/leave before 7pm unless an emergency is approved by the event coordinator. If you tear down early without permission, you will not be welcomed at future events and will forfeit any booth fees used to secure any future events.

•This event is outdoors. All food trucks/tents are located on pavement/the street or on the shoulder in grass. Plan accordingly. Trailers must be able to unhitch from your vehicle if aplicable.

•NO REFUNDS. 

•Generators are permitted, but please make sure they are quiet and as far from your (and others) ordering window as possible to keep noise minimal. There is no electric available.

•You must offer at least two menu items that include bacon.

•You must physically display the bacon menu items you offer during the event. Either a sign at your window, or standing sign in front of your space.

•You will be responsible for keeping your space cleaned during and after the event. Please pick up all trash from your business. We ask that you leave all trash bagged behind your space or truck for us to pick up at the end of the event or take it to the nearest provided trash can. If trash cans are full, you may place it beside the can.

•Receiving an invoice acts as acceptance, but does not hold your spot. Payment reserves your space. Payment is due 24 hours after receiving your invoice.

 

If accepted, you will receive an invoice via email and text. If denied, you will receive a denial email. Please allow a few business days for a response.
