  • The Murraylands Fair is a well-established and reputable event based established in 2015 with an aim to promote handmade, homemade and quality, unique goods and services. 

    Our focus is on supporting home-based, and where possible, local Murraylands businesses while providing an inclusive family-orientated event for the community to enjoy.

    Winner of the Rural City of Murray Bridge Community Event of the Year 2023, the Murraylands Fair brings family fun to the heart of the Murraylands.

    Once you have completed the application form it will be assessed and you will be advised of the outcome via email.

    If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email including an invoice for payment in due course.

    Payment of the full site fees must be made by the due date specified on the issued invoice.

    Site fees are non-refundable.

  • About your items

    Whilst your application may be successful, you may be asked to omit or limit the sale of some items listed to ensure fair trade among vendors and to limit multiple like-for-like products across the event. Please complete the following fields with accuracy.


  • Insurance Requirements

    It is a condition of application that all vendors hold a current Public Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum value of $10 million. 

    All food and beverage vendors are required to hold a current Public Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum value of $20 million.

    Sites are located outdoors on a grass reserve. 
    Gazebos/shade structures must be weighted on ALL 4 LEGS with a minimum 20kg per leg.

    There is strictly no pegging into the ground. 

    All your structures, displays, signage and belongings must fit within your marked site. Failure to comply will result in you being required to pay an additional fee to utilise extra space or you will be required to remove any items positioned outside of your marked site.

    **This includes tow bars, A-frames, signage, flags gazebo awnings and stock**

        • If your application is successful an invoice for the above amount will be emailed to you.

          Payment Due by 8 September 2024.

          Late payment fee of $15 is applicable to all invoices unpaid following this date. 

        • Important Information

          This is an application form only, submitting this form does not guarantee your position at this event.
          Successful applicants will be notified via email with an invoice attached.
          $15 overdue fee will apply to all payment notifications beyond the due date.
          All food vendors and amusement providers are required to hold $20million public liability insurance.
          All market stall vendors are required to hold minimum $10million public liability insurance.
          All shade structures are to be weighted adequately - strictly no pegging into the ground permitted.

          Cancellation Policy

          If an Exhibitor, having made a site application and paid the site fees, then cancels the site booking or does not appear at the respective event AOK Events is under no obligation to refund any part of the site fees paid.
          Where the event has been cancelled due to Government restrictions, adverse weather or natural disaster AOK Events may, in its absolute discretion, grant a refund of site fees less a $25 administrative fee under cancellation circumstances. Refunds less a $25 administrative fee will not be made until 30 business days after the event scheduled date.
          For cancellations made by the exhibitor 2 weeks prior to the event scheduled date, AOK Events may, in its absolute discretion, grant a refund less a 50% administrative fee which may not be made until after the event date.
