• Please arrive for your services on time if you are selecting in salon services.

• Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair unless otherwise requested

• When necessary, a shampoo will be done at the salon by the stylist (in salon weddings only & when scheduled)

• Wearing a button-down shirt is suggested

• Remember to bring your headpiece and/or veil

Trial Schedule

We highly recommend a wedding trial to be scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.

The trial can be scheduled by phone on 0458 492 700, or alternatively you can email info@evolutionhairco.com.au

When you come in for your practice, we recommend that you bring the following:

• Your headpiece

• Pictures of hairstyles that you like

• A digital camera or moblie phone with camera capabilities

• A photo of your dress

• Someone who’s opinion you value

In-Salon wedding services

For our in salon weddings you have the option of hiring out the entire salon for your special day.

We can offer an optional grazing board at a cost, with a complimentary bottle of bubbles.

POA FOR THIS SERVICE
Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made no later than one month (calendar month) prior to wedding date. Any cancellations within that period will result in a full charge for the appointment(s).

In the event that an appointment is canceled from one to two months prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged.

Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service(s) scheduled. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylists and other clients. By Submitting you agree to this cancellation policy
