    2026 Exhibitor Contract

    Symposium Dates: June 4 - 7, 2026. To reserve booth space, please submit this contract with a 25% booth deposit or pay in full (see below)! Final booth payments are due by March 7, 2026.   • Cancellation Policy

    If the 2026 Symposium is canceled by AAW or converted to a virtual event for reasons outside the Exhibitor’s control, Exhibitors will receive a full refund or can switch to 2026 virtual event. Deposits are non-refundable. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after March 8, 2026.
  • Badges & Credentials (Limit 6)

    Tell us who is will be in your booth. We'll ensure they are credentialed so they have full access to the trade show during and outside of trade show hours.

    Online payments are preferred, but if you need to mail payment, please complete the form and submit and mail check to: AAW 75 W 5th St, 222 Landmark Center, St. Paul, MN 55102; ATTN: Symposium Exhibitor. Checks must be received by dates indicated above for discounts to be honored.
