Note: We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to receive a catch-up lesson. Lessons canceled without notice are forfeited without a refund.

Note:
- If you are running late for your classes, please respectfully inform the admin or your language teacher.
- Teachers are instructed to wait for 15 minutes from the start of the lesson for the students to attend.
- If the students do not present themselves after 15 minutes, and they have failed to notify us, the teachers will log out, and the lesson will be forfeited without a refund.
