  • Do you understand and agree to the following: Lashes must be brushed, cleaned and well kept in order to keep my natural lashes in their best shape. Going to long with extensions, picking at them, leaving them dirty can ruin my natural lashes over time. I understand that I must come in for fills between 2-4 weeks or it will be the cost of a new set of lashes. I must have between 30-40% remaining and intact lash extensions on in order to be considered a fill. I will also not use any makeup remover containing OILS or put my face/lashes too close to heat such as ovens, BBQs, or fires. I will not use lash curlers or waterproof mascaras on my lash extensions. I understand that my lash tech has the right to stop putting lashes on for the sake of my natural lashes or if I do not follow the guidelines to maintain them. *

  • Do you waive any liability The LashSugar Co. has if anything may occur that is out of our hands such as allergic reactions, stys, loss of lashes, or any other such issues that may arise that are not directly caused by the lash technician herself? And refunds are not given as a result of signing this waiver.*

  • Do you understand that going different lengths of week in between fills results in varying pricing for fills and that each person is different and it may cost more or less depending on the condition of the lash extensions?*

  • The key to keeping long lasting, healthy natural lashes & lash extensions are made up of a few things that must be done for aftercare. Not wearing mascara helps (if necessary then only extension safe), WASHING DAILY with a extension safe soap, NO OIL PRODUCTS ON OR AROUND EYES, brushing them daily, keeping away from heat, waiting the 24 hours to get them wet, refraining from rubbing eyes or sleeping on the face. Do you agree to try your best to maintain a healthy aftercare routine?*
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If proper 24-48 hr notice isn’t given then do you agree to pay a cancellation fee? Rescheduling cannot happen if fees are not paid. Emergencies & illnesses happen but out of respect & trust for our, yours and other clients time please abide by the cancellation policy. Do you agree to be honest & fair in this?*
