At F45, we are committed to fostering a community that is inclusive and supportive of all our members. To this end, we are excited to announce that we are now welcoming children into our studio under specific guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
We understand that finding time to work out can be challenging for parents, and we want to make it easier for you to stay committed to your fitness goals without worrying about childcare. However, to maintain a harmonious atmosphere for all our members, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules regarding children in the studio:
Rules and Guidelines
Safety First: For the safety of your children and our members, children must not play on any equipment at any time.
Minimizing Distractions: Children should remain seated near the front desk to avoid distracting other members during their workouts.
Parental Responsibility: Parents are fully responsible for ensuring that their children are not disruptive and do not come onto the studio floor. The coaches are there to support you through your training, not to supervise children. If a child comes onto the floor, they must be immediately removed by the parent. In the unfortunate event that your child will not settle, we kindly ask that you remove yourself and your child from the class to avoid disturbing other members. Please ensure children are not running around during the class as this distracts other members.
Creating a Child-Friendly Space: To support this initiative and make the experience pleasant for your children, we have provided some pencils, paper, coloring books, and soft seating for them to use during the class.
Seating Area: We have removed the cupboards from behind the desk to accommodate an area that is more protected and secluded from the studio floor to help minimize disruptions to the class.
Before Class: Children are welcome to sit with you before class starts but must be seated near the cubes, clear of the studio floor, and settled before the class begins.
After Class: If you wish to include your children in your cool-down routine, please do so near the cubes, away from the studio floor, allowing the next class to prepare on the blue track.
Insurance Compliance
Our insurance policy requires strict adherence to these rules to ensure everyone's safety. By following these guidelines, we can create a family-friendly environment while respecting those who come to the studio for a break from their daily responsibilities.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined above. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate removal of my child from the studio and, if necessary, my own removal to maintain a distraction-free environment for other members. I accept full responsibility for my child's behavior and actions within the studio.
