  • يلتزم الطرف المعني بتقديم جميع المستندات الثبوتية المطلوبة إلى مقر نادي الفجيرة للشطرنج والثقافة، وذلك عند طلبها رسميًا من قبل قسم التسجيل والقبول في النادي، وفي المواعيد التي يحددها النادي.

    The concerned party shall provide all required supporting documents to the premises of Fujairah Chess & Culture Club, upon official request by the Registration and Admission Department of the Club, and within the deadlines specified by the Club.

  •  Terms & Conditions  الشروط والأحكام

    أقرّ انا ولي الأمر بموافقتي الكاملة على الشروط والأحكام، وأتعهد بالالتزام بقواعد النادي ولائحة السلوك المعتمدة من قبل نادي الفجيرة للشطرنج والثقافة، كما أفوض النادي باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لتسجيل ولدي/ابنتي ضمن قائمة لاعبي نادي الفجيرة للشطرنج والثقافة والحصول له/لها على رقم تسجيل دولي (FIDE ID) من الاتحاد الدولي للشطرنج.

    كما أوافق وأفوض النادي بالسماح بظهور ولدي/ابنتي إعلامياً، والتصوير الفوتوغرافي وتصوير الفيديو خلال البطولات والفعاليات والأنشطة والتدريبات والبرامج التي ينظمها أو يشرف عليها النادي، واستخدام تلك المواد لأغراض التغطية الإعلامية والتوثيق والتسويق والترويج والنشر عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمنصات الرسمية الخاصة بالنادي وأنشطته المختلفة.

    I hereby confirm my agreement to the Terms & Conditions and undertake to comply with the Club Rules and Code of Conduct approved by the Fujairah Chess & Culture Club. I also authorize the Club to complete all necessary procedures to register my son/daughter as an official player of the Fujairah Chess & Culture Club and to obtain an official FIDE ID from the International Chess Federation (FIDE).

    Furthermore, I hereby grant my full consent for my son/daughter to appear in media coverage, photography, and video recordings during tournaments, training sessions, activities, events, and programs organized or supervised by the Club. This approval includes the use of such materials for official media coverage, promotional campaigns, marketing, documentation, social media platforms, and all official communication channels related to the Club and its activities.
