Fantasy Football Unlimited (“FFU”) is excited to announce the Commish of the Year Contest! This contest aims to recognize an outstanding fantasy football commissioner who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a commitment to creating a top-notch league experience. We’re looking for commissioners who foster engagement, elevate the fantasy football experience, and set the standard for fairness and fun.

Eligibility & Entry Requirements
This contest is open to fantasy football commissioners who meet the eligibility criteria below:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of Fantasy Football Unlimited are not eligible to participate
No Purchase Necessary
Entry into the contest is free—no purchase is required. Specific entry instructions and eligibility requirements can be found on the contest page.
Entry Submissions
To enter, commissioners may need to provide testimonials, examples, or other evidence of their contributions to their league. All entries must comply with the contest rules and any additional guidelines provided. FFU reserves the right to verify entry eligibility and disqualify any entries that do not adhere to the terms.
Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated based on:
Dedication to the league
Actions taken to improve the league experience
Level of member engagement

The panel of independent judges, appointed by FFU, will review selected entries. All judging decisions are final, and judges are not liable for any aspect of the contest or its prizes.
Conditions of Participation
By entering, participants agree to allow Fantasy Football Unlimited LLC to use their submissions (photos, videos, testimonials) for promotional purposes. The winner will be publicly announced through Fantasy Football Unlimited’s platforms in January 2025.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release FFU, its affiliates, sponsors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses related to contest participation, prize acceptance, or technical or human errors associated with the contest.
Use of Likeness & Publicity
By entering, you grant FFU permission to use your name, league information, social media handles, and likeness in promotional and advertising materials related to the contest, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Privacy & Data Collection
Personal data collected during the contest will be handled according to FFU’s privacy policy. By entering, you agree to receive occasional communications from FFU. You can opt out at any time.
Disqualification
Entries with false or incomplete information may be disqualified.
Contest Modification or Termination
FFU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time if it cannot be conducted as planned. This includes the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the contest due to unforeseen circumstances beyond FFU’s control.
Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FFU is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
