This form serves as an official declaration of candidacy for one of the vacant fall coaches’ advisory committees seat. To nominate yourself, please fill out the information on the following page by no later than 5 PM of September 25th, 2025.

 

Members of the FHSAA Advisory Committees are coaches, who have been elected by his/her peers, represent the views and opinions of constituents in his/her respective section of the state. The committees meet annually to review the FHSAA sports program and make recommendations for changes to the program.

 

By filling out and submiting this form, I have read the above description of the mission of the FHSAA Sports Advisory Committee and therefore wish to accept nomination for one of the advisory committee seats.

 

In doing so, I am stating that I will represent the coaches for the betterment of the sport.  I will refrain from attempting to gain an advantage for my program and will share information received with coaches, whom I represent, for their input. Additionally, I understand the requirements of traveling to the designated location for the annual meeting, for which I will be reimbursed by the FHSAA for approved expenses.
