  • To speak to an item listed on the upcoming FHSAA Board of Directors Meeting Agenda(s), you must make your intent to speak prior to February 18, 2021.  Each speaker will be given 3 minutes to speak on the topic selected.  Choose the topic you wish to speak on by selecting from the dropdown menus below.  Note:  If you wish to speak to more than one topic per meeting, you may submit more than one form.

    Speakers must be present at the appropriate time in the agenda, when the item is brought forward.  Each speaker will be recognized and given the floor, by the Chairperson.  If you are not present when you are recognized to speak, you will forfeit the opportunity provided.

    Following the February 18th deadline, all speakers will receive a follow-up email providing detailed instructions and a link to the agenda in which you are confirmed to speak.
