  • ALERT: Hotel-style rooms for Family Deaf Camp are now full and a waitlist is in place. Dorm rooms are still available. Please register for a dorm room, note “hotel-style preferred” in the room preference section, and submit your down payment to secure your spot in the dorm. This will also put you on the waitlist for hotel-style room. We’ll do our best, but your first room choice may not be available.

  • If the family you listed has not registered, we may:

    • Assign your family to share with another registered family, or
    • Assign your family to a room by yourselves if space allows.

    Final room assignments depend on total registrations and availability.
    We will confirm your rooming arrangement closer to camp.

  • Families needing to bring an Inclusion Support (1-1) Worker (ISW) are required to cover the $650 per person cost (for the ISW's food and accommodation), as well as any wages owed to the ISW.

    This section is to be completed by every adult guest. It is the responsibility of the guest, parent, or guardian to notify RockRidge Canyon, in writing, if any new medical issues or conditions arise prior to arrival (e.g. exposure to a communicable disease, etc.)
