Note for Submissions from Minors:
If the artist is under the age of 18, First Peoples Bank will only share photos of the child’s artwork, not photos of the child themselves. Additionally, only the artist’s first name will be included in any social media or public-facing materials. A parent or guardian will need be named on the application to acknowledge and approve participation.

Agreement

By submitting this form, I confirm that:
- The artwork submitted is my original work.
- I agree to abide by the guidelines and conditions set by First Peoples Bank.
- I understand that I am responsible for the delivery and pickup of my artwork on the dates provided by the bank.
- I understand that while reasonable care will be taken, the bank is not responsible for damage or loss.
- I agree to allow my artwork to be displayed at First Peoples Bank, as well as featured on the bank’s social media platforms and in other marketing materials used to promote the Art at the Heart of the Community initiative.
- I understand that selection for display is based in part on whether the artwork is “display-ready”—meaning framed, mounted, or otherwise suitable for hanging or presentation.
- If my artwork is not display-ready, I may request assistance with setup, but I understand that providing it ready-to-hang is strongly preferred and greatly appreciated.
