By checking the box below, you ("Advertiser") agree to the following terms and conditions with the Association ("Association" or FRVTA) for print advertising in the RVers Guide, print adversiting in the Florida RV SuperShow Program, and/or digital advertising on our website.
1. Member Eligibility
To qualify for member advertising rates, the Advertiser must be an active member in good standing with the Florida RV Trade Association, from the date of submission through the date of publication. If membership status lapses, the Association reserves the right to bill the Advertiser at the standard non-member rate.
2. Artwork Submission & Deadlines
All high-resolution artwork must be uploaded via this form or submitted to the Association by the specified deadline. Artwork must meet our production guidelines (Press-ready PDF, CMYK, 300 DPI). If artwork is not received by the deadline, the Association may repeat a previous ad or leave the space blank; the Advertiser remains responsible for the full cost of the reserved space.
3. Payment Terms and Schedule

Deposit and Payment Schedule: To secure the advertising order, the Advertiser must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total order value upon signing this Agreement. The remaining balance for each publication is due in full on or before the following dates (each, a "Due Date"):
Florida RVers Guide Publication: November 15, 2026
SuperShow Program Publication: December 16, 2026
- Late Payment and Cancellation: If the balance is not paid in full by the Due Date, the Association reserves the right to immediately remove the advertisement from all publications. In the event of non-payment by the Due Date, the Advertiser forfeits the 25% non-refundable deposit, and the Publisher shall have no further obligation to run the advertisement.
- Pay-in-Full Discount: The Association will apply a five percent (5%) discount to the total order value if the Advertiser pays the entire balance in full once the application/contract has been approved.
4. Brand Standards / Right of Refusal
The Association reserves the right to reject, edit, or cancel any advertisement that conflicts with the Association’s bylaws, mission, or professional brand standards.
5. Indemnification & Liability
The Advertiser warrants that they have the right to use all text, logos, and images provided. The Advertiser agrees to defend and hold harmless the Association against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from the content of the advertisement. If the Association makes an error or fails to publish the ad, liability is strictly limited to a refund of the amount paid for that specific ad.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
7. Publication Purpose
This is a private publication soley owned and published for the Florida RV Trade Association for the benefit of its members. The purpose of the magazine is to promote the recreational vehicle industry in the State of Florida in an ethical and straightforward manner. The Florida RV Trade Association reserves the right to accept or reject any or all advertisements that they feel may comprise this objective in any way.
