Lost and Found Form

Have you lost an item on the FWCD campus?
Please use this form to report a lost valuable item on campus. Valuables include jewelry, glasses, financial cards, IDs, electronics, keys, etc. Provide as much detail as possible (loss location if known, description, date) so we can quickly match items with their owners. All valuables will be held in Security until they have been claimed.

FOUND ITEMS: If you found a valuable item on campus, please turn it in to Security. Security is located at at either gate entrances or in the Plant Operations building.

Lost your favorite water bottle or hoodie? Check with your Division Office first. If it’s not there, visit Lost and Found in the Patton Field House Women’s Locker Room G. It should be open at all times during the school day. If the door is locked, ask Lisa Parker in the Patton Field House Office to unlock it. Can’t find a valuable item? Please use the Lost and Found Form on the Community Hub (fwcd.org/hub) to report a missing item.
