    • Read, understood, and accepts iBanFirst General Terms and Conditions
    • Understood and accept that the General Terms and Conditions and all other specific terms and conditions (subject to change) apply to all dealings with iBanFirst;
    • Confirms that the information provided is correct.

    In addition, the signatory acknowledges that they’ve been notified:

    • Of their right to request the communication of personal data held by iBanFirst, and to demand, where appropriate, the correction of it, and to oppose its use for marketing purposes, in line with the terms set out in the “Personal Privacy” section of the General Terms and Conditions.
       
      • The Client hereby authorises Lydiam Limited as an introducing broker of iBanFirst to disclose information on operations.
      • The Client hereby authorises Lydiam Limited to receive and execute any orders transmitted by phone, email or directly through a platform.

    And finally, if the signatory’s business is registered outside of the EU or the UK, they acknowledge the following:

    I confirm that I have solicited the products and services offered by iBanFirst on my own independent initiative and that all (pre)contractual documents have been made available to me further to specific enquiry on my own initiative. I further confirm that iBanFirst has not initiated any solicitation to me, and that I have expressed an independent and genuine interest in receiving information about iBanFirst’s products or services.
