    Whimsical Wishes and Wonder

    Program Overview:
    Whimsical Wishes and Wonder is an interactive, play-based curriculum designed to nurture the whole girl's mind, body, and spirit. Created for girls ages 7 to 13, this program provides a safe and affirming space where participants, lovingly known as Fairy Mentees, engage in joyful learning centered on creativity, personal discovery, and holistic growth.

    Combining fundamental life skills with physical activity, creative expression, and social-emotional learning, the program empowers girls to navigate the complexities of girlhood with confidence, resilience, self-love, and leadership.

    Core Learning Objectives:
    The program is centered around five key developmental pillars:

    -Self-Awareness: Engaging activities help girls reflect on their emotions, strengths, and challenges, fostering personal growth and informed decision-making.
    -Self-Esteem: A supportive environment nurtures confidence, encouraging self-expression, risk-taking, and positive reinforcement.
    -Self-Advocacy: Participants learn to articulate their needs, express opinions, and advocate for themselves in various settings.
    -Leadership: Through collaborative activities and problem-solving exercises, girls cultivate the skills to lead and inspire others.
    -Empathy: Interactive experiences build compassion, emotional intelligence, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives.

    Physical Wellness Objectives: 

    -Promote body positivity and physical confidence
    -Encourage movement as a source of joy and community
    -Increase access to active spaces in schools and communities
    -Foster habits that support long-term mental and physical health

  • The B.E.E Girl (Becoming Emotionally Empowered)

    Program Overview:
    The BEE Girls program is designed for young women ages 14 to 18, providing a transformative experience that evokes emotions, challenges societal norms, and reinforces the core values of self-awareness, self-esteem, self-advocacy, leadership, and empathy. This program encourages participants to explore their identities, break barriers, and embrace their individuality within the metaphorical Fairy Life.

    Core Learning Objectives:

    -Self-Discovery: Participants engage in workshops, discussions, and activities that help them understand their strengths, passions, and aspirations.
    -Critical Thinking & Confidence: The program challenges societal expectations and empowers girls to embrace their unique identities with pride.
    -Leadership & Advocacy: Through real-world experiences, such as community service projects, peer mentoring, and leadership initiatives, participants develop essential advocacy and leadership skills.
    -Creative Expression: Inspired by the Fairy Life concept, participants tap into their creativity, imagination, and inner wisdom to dream big and pursue their goals.

    Impact & Outcomes:
    The BEE Girls experience prepares young women to navigate the complexities of adolescence with confidence, resilience, and purpose. By fostering self-discovery and leadership, the program equips participants with the tools to advocate for themselves and others, leaving a lasting impact on their communities.

  • Tween Girls Club 

    Program Overview:

    Tween Girls Club is a captivating and extended (2 hours) monthly group mentoring community where young Fairies ages 9-13 embark on self-discovery and personal growth. Each session is co-facilitated by a therapist to engage girls in age-appropriate deeper, reflective social-emotional learning.

    Our program is dedicated to fostering a safe and intimate space for young Fairies to wonder, enjoy curiosity and begin their value development process in a fun setting among peers.

    Tween Girls Club meets at the Focus Fairies Mentoring office.

    Core Learning Objectives:
    The program is centered around five key developmental pillars:

    -Self-Awareness: Engaging activities help girls reflect on their emotions, strengths, and challenges, fostering personal growth and informed decision-making.
    -Self-Esteem: A supportive environment nurtures confidence, encouraging self-expression, risk-taking, and positive reinforcement.
    -Self-Advocacy: Participants learn to articulate their needs, express opinions, and advocate for themselves in various settings.
