Play4Autism Inclement Weather & Rescheduling Policy
Outdoor community festivals carry inherent risks of weather disruptions. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions (including rain, lightning, flooding, or wind hazards), Play4Autism reserves the right to delay, postpone, or reschedule the event.
Transfers: All vendor registration fees and sponsorship funds are strictly non-refundable due to advance non-recoverable costs (permits, facility rentals, insurance, and equipment). However, 100% of paid vendor fees will be rolled over directly to the rescheduled date.
Inability to Attend New Date: If a vendor cannot make the rescheduled date, registration credit will be applied toward a future Play4Autism community event or sports program within the next 12 months.
