  • Please fill out this form to apply to participate in our 6-week series, "Adventures in Skills," which begins on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024. Sessions will be held weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6pm-8pm at various community locations (see schedule below). Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the community location each week.

    The deadline to apply is Friday, October 4th. If we do not have capacity to serve all who apply, a wait list will be created for the series.

    Please note: Individuals not currently served by Bittersweet Farms must also fill out the Application for Services at https://www.bittersweetfarms.org/apply-for-services-bittersweet-farms to be considered.

    The all-inclusive registration fee for this six-week series is $400. As each session builds on the last, we are offering six-week series registration only. The all-inclusive series registration fee covers:

    • Support staffing and social skills education by our team of BCBAs
    • Snacks at Monclova Community Center
    • S'mores and snacks at the Treehouse Village at Oak Openings
    • Bowling, shoes, pizza, and pop for Boo Bowling at Bowlero Lanes
    • Movie ticket, drink, and snack at Maumee Indoor Theater
    • Dinner and tip at Cocina de Carlos
    • All other activites and supplies

    Scholarship resource list available upon request. $200 deposit due upon confirmation of admission to the program, with remaining $200 due by October 15th. Admitted participants will receive copies of required paperwork, which must be completed and submitted prior to the first session in order to participate in the series.

    Please note: We will not be passing medications during the program hours of the Adventures in Skills series.
