A site contact this person is not contacted in an emergency but might want to know what is going on with the site

A Keyholder we will contact this person in an emergency and they might need to attend the site to meet emergency services. They will require access to the site out of hours.

CCTV Web Portal Access the person will be given access to our web portal where they can view received alarms and look at live CCTV images.

Fault reports are created if we spot any problems with your CCTV equipment, they can be delivered to a site contact via SMS or Email.

Incident reports are created after an incident has taken place on your site, they can be delivered to a site contact via SMS or Email.

Verification Password this password is to verify the person we are speaking to is genuine, we ask for this password before discussing anything with them
Data Controller nominating a site contact as a data controller means we will only reveal specific data to this contact like keyholder details.

You can pick how often we give an audio warning. When we need to or only when a criminal activity is taking place.

This is a generic site password that can be used by multiple people who might have privilege to access the site or control its arming and disarming. It should not be used by the Data Controller to gain access to sensitive site information.

Call the police: The police are called and informed of an intruder onsite. The keyholder is also informed.

Call the keyholder: We call the keyholders for the site in the order they are listed on this form. We will leave a voice mail if we do not speak to the person directly and only if the voice mail facility is offered to us.

Call the site: We will call the main site telephone number if there is no answer we will call a keyholder.

Call the maintainer: Your maintainer will be contacted out of hours. You must have an out of hours agreement with your maintainer.

Raise a fault: Faults are created in YourSight then emailed or sent via SMS to your nominated site contacts and your maintainer

Take no further action: No contact is made in any form, we keep a log of the event.
