OPEN SITE DEFINITION
- An open site is a site which is not entirely enclosed on all sides and allows individuals unrestricted access to the property.
CLOSED SITE DEFINITION
- A closed site must be entirely enclosed on all sides by walls or fences that are securable and lockable.
- All the walls, fences & gates must be of an adequate height and of a robust enough construction to require any individuals who want to enter without authorisation to take purposeful actions to gain entry.
- If a camera +/or a detector on a closed site covers any open area on that site then the site will be treated as an open site and the relevant procedures will be followed.
DUAL SITE DEFINITION
- A dual-site is a location which has at least one area that is a closed site and at least one area that is an open sit

Please provide details about the CCTV devices you have installed. This could include a DVR, NVR, VMS, or cloud-based systems like HikConnect and OpenEye. If you'd like us to connect directly to IP cameras, list each as a separate device with its unique credentials.

The site planmap should include:
All roads and footpaths
All buildings and any relevant adjacent buildings
All cameras (please number)
All detection zones
All audio zones (please number)
We accept JPG or PNG file formats.
A site planmap is required for the site to pass our soak test.
Please note:
All sites require a successful walk test as described in BS8418:2015 section 6.3.2 this must take place before we start the monitoring service. A commissioning walk test can be carried out between 9-5 pm Mon-Fri call on 0845 371 0101
Any equipment not declared on the form will not be monitored any future changes to the site must be sent to Farsight in writing and tested with us.
The information requested on this form allows us to provide services in accordance with our agreed procedures & terms and conditions. (please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Quick Reference Guidelines for further information). We use the information to ensure that the nominated individuals receive the necessary information at the correct times.
As you have a contract directly with the End User to which Farsight is not a party we would advise you to notify these changes directly to them as soon as possible.
