  • Stall Options. Please choose from the available option. (Please note if your stall will require electricity a $15 fee will be added to the below stall fees to assist in covering the expense of supplying electricity for the event.)*
  • Will your stall be using gas or electrical power?*
  • Use of gas equipment requires full compliance documentation for the equipment and must be available for inspection on the day.*
  • Power Site Requests - What is your stalls power requirements? All Stallholders are to supply their own power leads which must be tagged and tested by a competent person holding the appropriate electrical work licence. Power access is provided but may not be directly in your stall area so we encourage all stallholders to have a minimum of a 20 meter extension lead to reach the nearest power source.*
  • We have a fire extinguisher which is appropriately tagged and tested within the past 12 months*
  • Stallholders must provide the following:

    • All related equipment and accessories for preparation and service. Note: It is the responsibility of stallholders to provide all electrical leads, which must be tested and tagged by a competent person who holds the appropriate electrical work license.

    • Plates, utensils and napkins (as appropriate) for tastings. These must be either reusable or 100% compostable food ware (Australian standard or equivalent)

    • Current Cassowary Coast Regional Council (CCRC) temporary food license and food safety certificates required for the event or a current Mobile Food Vehicle Licence.

    • Food Vendors and any stall using gas or electricity must supply a current Fire Extinguisher that is appropriately tagged as per current legislation. 

  • CCRC Temporary Food License, Food Safety Certificates and Mobile Food Vehicle License.

  • Environmental Considerations

    • I will recycle used cooking oils post-event, at my own expense
    • I will dispose of wastewater in accordance with local requirements e.g. not into stormwater drains or gardens
    • I will only use the vendor designated bins for disposal of my waste and recyclables.
  • Public Liability Insurance*
  • Invoices, Site Plans, Stall Location and Instructions

    Invoices will be emailed to stallholders.

    Payments via EFT or Cheque preferred prior to the event.  

    Stall location, site plan and any further details will be emailed to you.

    Please ensure treasurer@feastofthesenses.com.au and manager@feastofthesenses.com.au are in your email address book or contacts list to prevent emails concerning the event disppearing into your Junk/Spam folder.
