  • Our 10-week course designed by James Beard nominated Chef Lindsay Autry teaches the skills necessary to start a culinary career.

    You'll learn about meats, poultry, fish, sauces, menu planning, knife skills, gain hands-on experience, and more! 
  • Eligibility Requirements:

    • Minimum 18 years of age.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Must prove reliability and interest in pursuing a culinary career.
    • Have experienced financial hardship (unemployment, underemployment, government assistance, etc.) during the last 12 months.
    • Must agree to a background check and drug test.
    • Be able to attend classes Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3 pm.
