Our 10-week course designed by James Beard nominated Chef Lindsay Autry teaches the skills necessary to start a culinary career.

You'll learn about meats, poultry, fish, sauces, menu planning, knife skills, gain hands-on experience, and more!
Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must prove reliability and interest in pursuing a culinary career.
- Have experienced financial hardship (unemployment, underemployment, government assistance, etc.) during the last 12 months.
- Must agree to a background check and drug test.
- Be able to attend classes Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3 pm.
