    If you require accommodations for ApollyCon 2026, we invite you to share your needs with us by completing the information below. Our team is committed to creating a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive experience for every attendee.

    The information you provide will be used for internal planning purposes only and will help us prepare thoughtful, appropriate support ahead of the event.

    To ensure we have adequate time to coordinate arrangements, we kindly ask that you submit this form by March 13, 2026. 

  • Non-ticketed aides are individuals who attend ApollyCon alongside a ticketed attendee to provide assistance related to a medical need. This may include help with carrying items, standing in lines, or providing necessary medical support.

    To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all attendees, non-ticketed aides may not bring items to be signed, may not add items to the ticketed attendee’s three-item signing limit, and are not eligible to receive event swag.
