We would like to remind you that the participation fee is € 220.00 per person.
The single room surcharge is € 25.00 per night per person (total € 75.00).
The participation fee must also be paid by teachers, conductors, musicians, drivers and any other person attending the festival as an accompanying person. The fee does not include transportation and lunches. Accommodation tax is payable directly to the hotel.

Once the down payment has been received, we will issue a receipt.
The downpayment will be calculated on the basis of the above information. The total cost also takes into account the gratuities, to be considered for every 25 persons (the 26th, 52nd, 78th... do not pay).The balance must be paid by 15 March 2025 according to the information provided by the organisation. In case of any cancellation, with respect to the number declared in the registration form, the deposit will not be refunded and any changes communicated after 15 March 2025 will still require full payment of the fee.
During the festival, the choir participates in only one atelier, with the exception of objective needs agreed upon with the organisation. When registering, each group has the option of specifying several atelier choices. The options are only indicative; the final allocation into the ateliers is decided by the artistic director, Carlo Pavese, together with the festival organisation on the basis of several factors such as: voices, group size, curricula, previous participation in the festival, other criteria. The ateliers are held in Italian or English as specified in the section dedicated to the description of the ateliers.
The participating choirs' concerts "From Choir to Choir" will be held on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 April 2025. The organisers will announce the day and the order of performance near the festival. The concerts are spread over several days and several venues.

NB: backing tracks are NOT allowed in the concerts.
