VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs and tablecloths that reach the floor.
Outdoor vendors must also provide their own tent and appropirate tent weights. Outdoor vendors will be located on the Community Center Plaza.
Set-up time: 10:30-12 noon
Market hours: 12 noon - 8:00 pm
Tear down time: 8:00 pm
Tear Down begins at 8:00 pm. Please do not start tearing down prior to that - not only does it inhibit your chance for that last minute sale, but it is also disruptive to customers that are still shopping and the vendors around you.
8 x 8 inside or outside booth: $35
Prepared Food Vendors must possess and maintain all required state, county and local licenses and permits.
Please plan for alternative ways to process payments such as using your data and having cash on hand. There is WiFi available but it can get bogged down when a lot of people are connected to it. Commonly used card processors include SpotOn, Square and Paypal, Venmo or Cashapp.
Application fee & Vendor fee REFUNDS will NOT be given to any vendor who is not able to attend a market after submitting an application and reserving their booth.
Additional details will be sent to you once we approve your application.
The Market will happen RAIN, SHINE or SNOW.
Required Permits and Licenses:
a. Food Vendors must have a Washington State business license, or UBI # (Unified Business Identifier) to sell. Food vendor's applications will not be processed without a UBI number. Vendors must keep a copy of business license on site. They must also have a Tacoma Pierce County Health Department Operating License and Food Handlers’ permit on site.
By signing below I understand the above statements regarding set up, tear down and the market happening rain or shine. Also that the City of Fircrest Parks and Recreation is not responsible for loss or damage of property. All vendors, or vendor representatives, are responsible for any damage they may cause to the grounds, its representatives, other vendors, or customers, and are expected to work to resolve any damage claims either personally, or by providing applicable insurance information in a timely, responsible manner.
