This resolution may only be available every 6-9 months at the discretion of the lender. If approved, you agree to deliver your vehicle to the lender if you are unable to pay your payments on time following the loan payment deferment.
You understand that some credit institutions may view deferred payments as late.
This form serves as an acknowledgment of a payment arrangement accepted by all parties as a resolution to a default account or in effort to avoid a default status. You have encountered variables that affect your ability to remain in good standing with the Lender and the original finance contract. This is a good-faith effort to keep all parties involved satisfied.
This arrangement does not alter or replace the original finance contract. If there is any situation of dispute, confusion, disagreement, or other circumstance where any party does not agree with the resolution, then the resolution is void and the account will be governed by its original finance contract, terms, and payment structure.
I understand by this agreement that, if approved, payment(s) will be moved to the end of my loan and added to my last payment. This modification may be coupled with a payment before the modification is processed.
