Upon receipt of your submission of this form, the FSF Staff will provide a formal invoice to your billing contact within 2 business days.
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If your exhibitor booth is reserved within 30 days of the event, payment is due in full before the event opening date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- All remittance is due in US Dollars. Sender must pay any bank fees.
- Upon submission of this form, you will receive an email confirmation summary with the form details.
- As a courtesy, your exhibitor booth will be reserved for you. If payment is not received within 30 days, your agreement is consider cancelled and you will be subject to any cancellation fees in the Terms and Conditions.
