Upon receipt of your submission, the FSF Staff will provide a formal invoice to your billing contact within 2 business days.
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If you purchase a sponsorship within 30 days of the event, the amount must be paid in full before the event.
- If the sponsorship is reserved within 30 days of the event, payment is due in full before the Event opening date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- All remittance is due in US Dollars. Sender must pay any bank fees.
- Upon submission of this form, you will receive a email confirmation summary with the form details.
- As a courtesy, your sponsorship will be reserved for you. If payment is not received within 30 days, your sponsorship will automatically be released for resale.
