                        • Invoice Details

                        • Your use of the promo code "INVOICE-N30" does not mean your sponsorship total is $0.00. You are responsible for paying the full amount of your sponsored item.

                          Upon receipt of your submission, the event staff will provide a formal invoice to your billing contact within 2 business days.

                          • Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

                          • If the sponsorship is reserved within 30 days of the event, payment is due in full before the Event opening date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 

                          • All remittance is due in US Dollars. Sender must pay any bank fees.

                          • Upon submission of this form, you will receive a email confirmation summary with the form details.

                          • As a courtesy, your sponsorship will be reserved for you. If payment is not received within 30 days, your sponsorship will automatically be considered cancelled by you and subject to the following fees based on your sponsorship agreement amount:

                            → On or before April 29, 2026:  Refund, less a 50% administrative fee

                            → On or before May 31, 2026: Refund, less a 75% cancellation fee

                            → June 1, 2026: No refund will be given on or after this date. Payment cannot be used for any future events.
