Event Registration

Within 7 business days of this completed agreement, an Exhibitor Welcome Packet, containing a complimentary code to register for the event, will be emailed to the main contact. To purchase up to two additional discounted registrations, contact Eleanor Stamper stamper@flightsafety.org.

Payment Information
- All exhibit fees must be paid within 30 days of the signed agreement.
  If the exhibit booth is reserved within 30 days of the event, payment is due in full prior to the Event opening date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Organizer.
- Payment is ideally received by credit card through the online payment module. The Organizer accepts JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
- For invoiced amounts to be paid by check or bank transfer, the reference/invoice number, issued at the time of the reservation, must be on your remittance information. All remittance is due in US Dollars. Sender must pay all bank fees.

Upon receipt of your submission, the FSF Staff will provide a formal invoice to your billing contact within 2 business days.
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If you purchase a exhibit space within 30 days of the event, the amount must be paid in full before the event.
- If the exhibit space is reserved within 30 days of the event, payment is due in full before the Event opening date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- All remittance is due in US Dollars. Sender must pay any bank fees.
- Upon submission of this form, you will receive a email confirmation summary with the form details.
- As a courtesy, your exhibit space will be reserved for you. If payment is not received within 30 days, your exhibit space will automatically be released for resale.
