Richmond Floorball Club Gravy Cup — Saturday, November 21, 2026. This one-day Friendsgiving-themed 3v3 floorball tournament begins with a 9:00 a.m. ball drop, and all skill levels are welcome. We’re aiming for a minimum of 6 teams and a goal of 8 teams, with 7-player rosters made up of six floor players and one goalie. RFC will build the teams and use registration information to make them as balanced as practical. Player registration is $45 and includes the player shirt. Registration closes November 7, 2026, and any late registration, if offered, will be handled separately, subject to availability, may carry an added fee, and can affect team balancing.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK I understand that participation in floorball and related tournament activities is voluntary and involves physical activity and inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, running, rapid changes of direction, physical contact, collisions with other players, sticks, balls, goals, boards, walls, flooring, equipment or other objects, falls, overexertion, and other risks ordinarily associated with indoor recreational sports. I understand that these risks may result in property damage, minor or serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily choose to participate and assume the inherent risks of participation. 2. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES I agree to follow tournament rules, safety instructions, facility rules, and reasonable directions from Richmond Floorball Club ("RFC") event personnel and officials. I will not participate while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any condition that makes participation unsafe. I will stop participating and notify event personnel if I believe I cannot safely continue. 3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE I knowingly and voluntarily assume the inherent risks of participating in the Event. To the extent permitted by Virginia law, I release Richmond Floorball Club, Inc., its directors, officers, volunteers, officials, agents, sponsors, event personnel, venue partners, and affiliated event partners from claims arising from those inherent risks or from my own acts or omissions. Nothing in this agreement releases any claim that Virginia law does not permit to be released in advance. 4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONDUCT I am responsible for my own conduct and agree to follow Event rules and safety requirements. I understand that I may be responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by my intentional misconduct or other conduct for which I am legally responsible. 5. EMERGENCY RESPONSE If I am injured or become ill and am unable to make decisions for myself, I authorize RFC event personnel to contact emergency services and provide relevant information to emergency responders. I understand that RFC personnel are not medical providers. 6. EVENT PARTICIPATION AND REMOVAL I understand that RFC may remove a participant from the Event when reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, violation of Event rules, or material disruption of the Event. 7. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. MEDIA CONSENT Please select one: YES, I CONSENT to Richmond Floorball Club photographing, recording, or otherwise capturing my image, likeness, voice, and appearance during the Event and using those materials for RFC communications, websites, social media, news/media relations, historical records, educational materials, event promotion, and other lawful promotional purposes. NO, I DO NOT CONSENT to RFC using identifiable photographs, video, voice, or likeness of me for the purposes described above.
