APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
The scholarship provides a General Registration for the
2026 AIFD Symposium
July 2- 5, 2026

To an instructor/teacher residing in the North West Region, with no restriction regarding first-time attendance, who meets one of the following additional qualifications:
-Affiliated with a Certified AIFD Education Partner, Junior College, College, or University with the focus of study in Floriculture, Horticulture, or Floral Design.
-Affiliated with a Certified Public Educational Institution to include High Schools and Community Colleges with a focus of study in Floral Design.
This scholarship is also offered to a student of Floral Design who resides in the North West Region, is enrolled in one of the Institutions named above, is at least 18 years of age, and has received a GED or High School Diploma.
An Applicant may be CFD or enrolled in the CFD process.
An Applicant may NOT be AIFD, enrolled in the AIFD PFDE process, or approved for AIFD Induction.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
The applicant must complete and submit this online application.
The applicant may review and update the application prior to submission.
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting documents:
-Recent photograph
Instructors/teachers must provide:
Two Professional Letters of Recommendation.
A statement outlining your interest in the field of Floriculture, Horticulture, or Floral Design.
Students must provide:
One Letter of Recommendation from a member of your community.
One Letter of Recommendation from an instructor/teacher.
A statement outlining your interest in Floral Design.

This scholarship is non-transferable.
