  • Instructions to Applicants

    1. Only medical students, residents, and fellows enrolled in Florida-based medical schools or GME programs are eligible to apply.
    2. Each applicant is limited to one (1) abstract submission. No exceptions will be made.
    3. Applicants selected for formal poster presentation are required to attend the live event on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Hilton Orlando. Please do not apply if you are unable to attend. Substitutions are not permitted.
    4. All abstract applications and required supporting materials must be submitted no later than April 17, 2026.
    5. To complete the application process, please fill out all required fields in this form and click the Submit button at the end.Expect an email confirmation acknowledging your submission immediately.
    6. Applicants will be notified via email regarding acceptance or rejection once all abstracts have been reviewed. Please provide a preferred email address that you check regularly. Only one email address may be used per participant. This is the email/username we will list for your FMA account. We recommend using a personal email address, as institutional email servers may block our messages. To ensure successful delivery of FMA communications, please add membership@flmedical.org to your approved contacts and periodically check your Junk or Promotions folders to ensure you receive all updates.
