Thank you for choosing to Register for Baptism! It is the best decision you can make after accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Please take your time to fill out this form.

All Baptisms will be done on a FLOW Sunday. Once FLOW Sunday is announced you will be informed so you can prepare for that day.

The Saturday morning before FLOW Sunday will be a class on baptism. Please plan on being a part of the baptism class so you can fully understand the commitment you are making and also learn the procedure on how the actual Baptism is going to go including what you need to bring.
