This course will explore rheumatological disease through a podiatric lens, covering the essential knowledge and clinical skills needed to identify, understand and manage rheumatological conditions in practice.
The fundamentals of immunology and the basis of inflammatory disease
Core rheumatological conditions — pathophysiology, presentation, diagnosis and red flags
Rheumatology medications — mechanisms, side effects and practical implications
Foot-specific presentations of rheumatological disease and podiatric management
