For any changes to the floor plan please print a copy of the FHL standard floor plan and mark up/note any changes required and also attach

NOTE: any significant changes to standard plans may incur additional designer fees, check with us for guidance on this.

We will begin the preliminary pricing STG 1 based on the information you have submitted for you to present to your client on completion.

Note that at this point, all pricing for STG 3 will be based on assumptions as information from STG 1 is required to be completed to confirm all site-related costs.

All Preliminary Pricing Indications will be sent with a copy of the Preliminary Pricing T&Cs.
