FINAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – AUGUST 7TH FLASH RAFFLE
1. Eligibility:
This raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. By participating, you confirm that you are of legal age. Employees of Celestial Health & Wellness LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted starting August 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will close on August 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted outside of this window will not be accepted. Winners will be announced via email on August 9, 2026 (the day after the raffle closes).
3. How to Enter & Bonus Entries:
One (1) entry is granted for submitting this form. You can earn multiple additional entries by following us on social media. For EACH social media platform you follow, you will receive one (1) extra entry:

6. Redemption Schedule:
All prize services must be rendered on a Wednesday or Friday. No exceptions. Appointments must be booked in advance, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Prizes must be redeemed within 60 days of the winner announcement.
7. Prize Restrictions:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prizes cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded per winner.
8. Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on this form on August 9, 2026. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner. Winners may also be announced on our social media stories.
9. Publicity:
By entering, you agree that if you win, Celestial Health & Wellness LLC may use your first name and social media handle for announcement purposes.
10. Data Privacy:
Your contact information and social media handles will only be used for the purpose of this raffle, verifying your entries, and notifying winners. We will not sell or share your data with third parties.
11. General Release:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Celestial Health & Wellness LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in this raffle or the use of any prize services.
