Please register below if you plan to attend and receive school supplies!
Thank you for registering for the K. Calloway Foundation's Annual Back to School Bash! We look forward to seeing you all and celebrating community on this day! To ensure all goes well, we ask that you fill out the feilds to the best of your ability, for this helps us receive a head count for the event and to better serve the community and all who wish to attend!
Note: in order to receive school supplies, the child MUST be present with you (the parent)! A child must be present with a parent at the check-in table as well in order to take part in the event! If you register and the child is not with you the day of the event, you may risk not receiving any school supplies.
