 - Make sure each video is no longer than 30 seconds.

- Mount your bike on a indoor trainer for best results.

- Make sure the whole rider AND bike is clearly visible in the frame (see examples)

- Please wear shorts and form fitting clothing so we can see your movements.

- We require a side view AND rear view video so we can get you better results!
