As a member of the Back of House team at Fount Coffee + Kitchen, you will: Ensure dishes are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and stored/made available for use in a timely fashion | Monitor multiple bus bins, regularly take dirty glasses and dishes to the kitchen, clear and clean tables as needed | Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dish pit, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards | Complete any other tasks assigned by the Fount Management Team | Provide miscellaneous support to the kitchen and barista teams | Have unlimited opportunities for career growth and advancement | Be a part of a team that loves you, values you, and advocates for you!
18 years or older | Must demonstrate strong communication skills, flexibility, stamina + high energy | Must have the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment | Must be comfortable with the physical demands of this position including lifting full bus tubs and standing for long periods of time | Must maintain a desire to work hard + go above and beyond in basic tasks | Must have a strong commitment to upholding proper sanitation standards and a clean work space | Must have a desire to work alongside a close-knit team and a willingness to serve and care for fellow employees | Must feel comfortable greeting + interacting with guests during bussing and cleaning tasks | Must be committed to being positive, responsible, punctual + professional, showing up to each shift ready to hustle | Any previous restaurant kitchen experience is a plus!
