Miss M.S. 16 Application

This is a natural pageant for ALL ages and is Sunday dress.  Ages 0-9 should have absolutely no makeup, fake hair pieces, or spray tans.  Ages 9 & up may have age appropriate makeup, but it should still be natural.  All ages should have Sunday dress.  If you would not wear it to church, then we do not encourage you to wear the dress at the pageant.

There will also be an optional outfit of choice section you may enter.  Anything Sheriff Office, Police Department, Georgia State Patrol, or Back the Blue is allowed.  This will be an extra $15.

The overall people’s choice queen title will go to the contestant that raises the most $1 votes.  This is an optional event so you do not have to participate unless you would like to.  Remember this is a non-profit pageant so all of the money raised will go to the Michael Sangster Scholarship fund and the American Cancer Society.

Rules:

• There will be NO fall back for this pageant.
• A $30.00 fee will be added to ALL returned checks.
• Contestants must have never been married, pregnant or ever had a child.
• Contestants must be of good moral character and never have been convicted of a crime.
• There will be no refunds unless the pageant is cancelled.
• Any unruly, unsportsmanlike, or any unbecoming conduct by a contestant or member of her entourage, or any disregards for the rules and regulations of the pageant will result in immediate disqualification and dismissal without a refund.
• Checks should be payable to Stephanie Fraser or Pageants for a Cause with the “for” addresses 2024 Miss M.S. 16 Pageant.
   

By participating in this pageant, Miss M.S. 16 Committee, volunteers of the location of the pageant and its holding from any damage incurred from any injury, loss or theft sustained, or resulting from, my participation to and from this pageant or any of its related events. I confirm that the personal data that I have submitted is true and correct.
