Fourteen Foods is committed to helping law enforcement agencies and, when appropriate, other third parties, in their investigations that may involve video footage captured by Fourteen Foods’s security cameras. When available, Fourteen Foods may provide security footage containing video/digital images (hereinafter the “video”) for the limited purpose of assisting you in your investigation. The video is proprietary and confidential to Fourteen Foods. In the event you are provided video footage, you may not modify the video and/or images in any way, reproduce or publicly display, perform, distribute, or otherwise use the video and/or images for any public or commercial purpose without Fourteen Foods’s express written consent. Any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Please note: Fourteen Foods’s policy is to release registration/transaction data only with a valid subpoena or search warrant which can be uploaded using the attachment section located on this form.
For Law Enforcement:
If you would like to obtain video footage, you must first complete the video request form below. A written request on the department/agency letterhead is required where Fourteen Foods, a Fourteen Foods employee, and/or a Fourteen Foods customer is a victim and the incident occurred in or on Fourteen Foods property. For all other requests, a subpoena is required.
Non-Law Enforcement Requests:
All video requests will require a properly served subpoena.
