    Fill the form below to participate in Winter Mountain Mixer on Friday, March 10, 2022 in Grand Lake, CO from 11:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Forms that are not completly filled will not be accepted. Please know, I will NOT be providing tables and I ask that you keep your space to 1 big table or 2 small ones. You can choose to set up the day before the event which I highly recommend. For this event, I will be charging a vendor fee ranging from $50-$150 depending on where your booth will be. Because of the exclusivity of this event, I ask that you are willing to do a small discount off of your products or services for the attendees. The attendees have each paid to get in and I would love to support you small businesses as much as I can! I will be in contact after your form is submitted to go over next steps. I will not be able to approve every vendor due to limited space, so remember, I’ll be doing this 4x a year, so there is opportunity for future events. Reminder: This is just the application, filling this out does not automatically approve you as a vendor.-Anna
