‘Fresh & Save Richlands - $10k in 10 Weeks Promotion’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. This promotion & entry is only open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over, who spend $50 or more in a single transaction (excluding tobacco products) at Fresh & Save Richlands. To enter customers must retain their receipt for proof of purchase & complete, in full, the online entry form by scanning the QR code on their receipt or visiting the advised URL. Entries must be made between Monday 18-May-26 and Saturday 25-Jul-26, to win prizes as stated below. Only one entry may be made per receipt. There is no limit on the number of entries per customer in this promotion. 3. To enter, simply spend over $50 or more in a single transaction (excluding tobacco products) at Fresh & Save Richlands. Retain your receipt for proof of purchase, visit the QR code link or URL printed on the receipt and fill out all details including uploading an image of your receipt. Our major prize draw will take place in person on Sunday 26th July 2026 out the front of the Fresh & Save Richlands tenancy at HomeCo Richlands – 144 Pine Rd, Richlands, QLD 4077. Entrants must complete all sections of the entry form for their entry to be valid & must retain & present receipts as proof of purchase. Should you be drawn as one of our prize winners you will be required to supply identification and proof of purchase through a valid receipt to validate your entry. 4. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. No photocopies will be valid for entry; only original receipts will be valid. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 6. Incomplete, photocopies, indecipherable, inaudible or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. As will any winner who cannot provide proof of purchase within the draw dates as specified above. 7. Promotion commences 08:00 AEST on Monday 18-May-26 and finishes 23:59 AEST on Saturday 25-Jul-25. Major Draw will take place in person on Sunday 26-Jul-26 at 12:00 AEST out the front of the Fresh & Save Richlands tenancy at HomeCo Richlands – 144 Pine Rd, Richlands, QLD 4077. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by phone using contact details on their entry form. Major Prize Winner’s name will be published on the Fresh & Save Richlands Facebook page by 16:00 AEST on Tuesday 28-Jul-26. 8. The Minor Prize Draw will take place weekly on a Tuesday at 10:00am AEST. MINOR PRIZE DRAW: 10 x AUD$1,000 Grocery Gift Cards There will be a weekly AUD$1,000 grocery gift card draw held on the Tuesday following each week of the promotion for 10 weeks in a row. Entries into this draw are collated from all submissions from the week prior e.g. all valid entries submitted from Monday 18-May-26 until Sunday 24-May-26 will be included in the draw on Tuesday 26-May-26. Prize is selected through a random generator and will be announced via the Fresh & Save Richlands Facebook page; winner will also be contacted direct via phone from the store. Prize is issued as 2 x $500 Fresh & Save Giftcards. The Prize is strictly nontransferable, non-negotiable, cannot be replaced or refunded and cannot be taken as cash. 9. The Major Prize Draw will take place on Sunday 26-Jul-26 at 12:00noon AEST. MAJOR PRIZE DRAW: 1st Prize is AUD$10,000 worth of groceries First Prize is AUD$10,000 worth of Fresh & Save Giftcards. Winner will be presented with 20 x $500 Fresh & Save Giftcards for winning the promotion. The Prize is strictly nontransferable, non-negotiable, cannot be replaced or refunded and cannot be taken as cash. Our major prize draw will take place in person on Sunday 26th July 2026 out the front of the Fresh & Save Richlands tenancy at HomeCo Richlands – 144 Pine Rd, Richlands, QLD 4077. Total Prize Pool valued at AUD$20,000.00. 10. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a prize winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 11. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. 12. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, and the Prize Winners will be notified accordingly. 13. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Sunday 25-Oct-26 at the same time and place as the original draw subject to reference to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations. Winner’s names of the unclaimed prize draw will be published on the Fresh & Save Richlands Facebook Page – www.facebook.com/freshandsaverichlands on Tuesday 28-Jul-26 at 16:00pm AEST. 14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize. 17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Notice. 18. By entering this promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any material being received regarding the promotion, and other material which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in. 19. By entering and registering, each registrant is subject to Fresh & Save Australia’s Privacy Policy and accepts that the information they submit with their entry/registration will be entered into a database. Fresh & Save Australia may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the registrant.
